Elimanure(TM)
Elimanure(TM) is a state-of-the-art manure management system that takes waste through a system to generate energy. Unlike others who claim to have created a renewable waste-to-energy source, Skill Associates generates green energy through a thermal gasification and electrical generation system.

What does this mean?
It’s simple; by incorporating a bio-drying system to your operation you have the ability to turn manure into hot water to heat your operation and green energy to sell back to the power companies. This system is a combination of collection, pumping, bio-drying, conveying, and thermal gasification. The diagram below will explain how you can eliminate manure, improve land and water quality, generate electricity, and save time and money.

There are 4 key steps to this remarkable system:

Step 1 – The Barn
Manure is collected at the barn and pumped to a high tech bio-dryer.

Step 2 – Bio-dryer
This exclusive bio-dryer thoroughly dries the manure to eliminate the majority of the moisture. At this point, the manure can be recycled for bedding or continue on to a bio-mass burning system. Click here to see more images of the bio dryer.

Step 3 – Bio-mass Burning System
At the bio-mass burning system, the dried manure goes through a thermal gasification system to create steam. The steam is then piped to a turbine.
